Chantée L. Christian is an ambassador of awareness, leadership strategist, and executive coach with over two decades of experience helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity, intention, and integrity.
She is the Founder and CEO of My Best SHIFT, a coaching and consulting firm designed to help individuals and organizations align strategy with self-awareness, so leadership is not just effective, but embodied. Chantée works at the intersection of emotional intelligence, business acumen, and organizational change, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, universities, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations.
A Forbes Coaches Council member and Lewin Center Board Member, Chantée is recognized for her ability to translate ambiguity into actionable strategy while centering people, purpose, and sustainable impact. Her work is rooted in the belief that transformation begins within and that awareness, when paired with courageous action, becomes a catalyst for meaningful change.
Throughout her career, Chantée has led multimillion-dollar initiatives, advised senior leaders, and coached over 175 leaders across sectors. As a certified facilitator and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) via the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she designs and delivers leadership development experiences that challenge assumptions, build emotional fluency, and move people from insight to action.
Chantée is a 4x Amazon International Best-Selling Author, including the acclaimed anthology Awareness Put Me On, and the Founder of CC Media, a publishing imprint dedicated to elevating stories that expand consciousness and disrupt the status quo. She is also the host of the award-winning My Best SHIFT Podcast, where conversations are designed to stretch thinking, invite discomfort, and inspire aligned movement.
In addition, Chantée is the creator and host of Unspoken Truths of Being Black, an award-winning panel series that explores the intersections of workforce dynamics, healthcare, education, and lived experience through the lens of heightened awareness and social responsibility.
Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from George Mason University and an MBA from Webster University. She holds multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™), MBTI Certified Practitioner, and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University.
Beyond titles and accolades, Chantée is deeply human. She believes leadership is a lived practice, not a performance. Known for creating brave spaces, asking powerful questions, and telling the truth with care, she brings warmth, candor, and presence into every room she enters.
She enjoys traveling, a good libation, meaningful conversations, and belly laughs that turn into core memories. Most of all, she is committed to helping people lead from within and shift toward lives and leadership that feel aligned, intentional, and true.
